The name on the credit card used for payment must match the billing name on the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order, which we determine does not meet this requirement. It is important you enter the correct shipping information to ensure that the parcel is delivered correctly.
All product and shipping prices are quoted on this website in United Arab Emirates DIRHAMS (AED). All transactions are settled in AED.
Please note that colours of products will sometimes vary depending on the quality and make of the computer monitors they are being viewed on.
Order confirmation will be sent to your email address reconfirming your shipping / delivery details, charges and any other relevant information. This email is to confirm we have received your order.
If we are unable to obtain authorization for payment or in the case where we may suspect fraudulent use of a credit card – we reserve the right not to accept your order. We also reserve the right not to accept your order if certain shipping restrictions apply for the area of delivery, or if the item is out of stock or withdrawn from sale for any particular reason.
When placing your order please allow for the following:
Please allow at least 1 – 2 business day for handling before your order can be dispatched. Where possible every attempt will be made to process your orders once confirmed on that working day, but this will vary subject to the quantity of the order.
In the event of an incomplete delivery, shipping will only be charged for the first delivery.
Please note that when finalizing your order to include a valid street number, suburb and contact telephone number. Orders can not be processed or sent without this information and chasethatparty.com will not be held responsible for any delays due to incorrect of missing delivery information.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Exchanges / refunds are not accepted, expect in the case of defective good or an incorrect shipment. You must advise us within seven ( 7 ) working days of receiving your order if there is a defective item. Proof of purchase will be required. Please use either the receipt shipped with the goods.
You may not return any item purchased on line to any of our independent retailers.
It is our company policies that under no circumstance are customers allowed to our warehouse premises. For any returns or exchanges products must be couriered to the chasethatparty.com Head Office at the customers expense. In the event of a faulty item, once the product has been received at our Head Office and deemed a manufacturing fault, and not is a state due to wear and tear, we will refund the courier amount incurred if you include a receipt.
